The Reimagined Colony Square

Our Story

Originally built in the 1970’s, Colony Square has stood the test of time remaining in the heart of Midtown for nearly 50 years. The property underwent a reimagination starting in 2018 and fully reopened in 2021. An urban, amenity-rich and arts-infused place to gather and soak up Midtown’s vibe.

What originally started out as just two office towers, has now turn into nearly one million square feet of class A office space, 160,000 square feet of best-in-class retail, restaurants and entertainment, a 20,000-square-foot food hall featuring an all local lineup of culinary talent, 40,000 square feet of open-air greenspace, 262 luxury residences and a 466-room hotel
