From I-85S: Take I-85S to Techwood Dr. NW (Exit 84) turn left onto 14th St NW. Turn left onto Peachtree St NE.

From I-85N: Take I-85N toward 10th/14th Street (Exit 250). Merge onto Williams St NW. Turn right onto 14th St NW. Turn left onto Peachtree St. NE

NORTHBOUND VIA MARTA FROM HARTSFIELD-JACKSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
Take the MARTA Gold or Red Line Train (12 stops) Northbound toward Doraville + North Springs
Exit at Arts Center Station and follow signs for Peachtree St. / West Peachtree St.
Walk .3 mi and arrive at 1197 Peachtree Street NE.

SOUTHBOUND VIA MARTA FROM NORTH SPRINGS:
Take the MARTA Red Line (5 stops) Southbound toward Airport
EXIT at Arts Center Station and follow signs for Peachtree St. / West Peachtree St.
Walk .3 mi and arrive at 1197 Peachtree Street NE.

Access to the parking garage is located off Peachtree Street as well as 14th Street. Park on any level (Red, Gold, and Blue). Locate the central escalators and take the escalators all the way up to the main lobby level. Exit through the double glass doors to the outside and you will be able to access The Plaza, IPIC, Politan Row, Buildings 100, 300, 400, and street-level restaurants and retailers.

For additional assistance, Concierge is located immediately to the right after exiting the double glass doors, at the base of Building 300. Wayfinding is also accessible through our kiosks (digital directories).

Colony Square’s parking garage is located in front of the complex at 14th + Peachtree Street as well as on 14th + Juniper Street. The garage is pay to park and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
