"I am a PR and visibility strategist who specializes in media relations, brand building, experiential marketing and more. Primarily, I work with film studios and television networks who contract someone like me to help position new shows and movies in front of their target audiences. I also work with small businesses and individuals on positioning themselves for the media attention they deserve.
Believe it or not, this is my second time working at Colony Square. In 2008, I started out as a producer for V-103 and now I’m back in the complex as a member of WeWork! I was turned on to WeWork by my brother, who is a member at a location in the Chinatown area of Washington, D.C. Whenever I would visit that city, I would work out of his office. Needless to say, I quickly became excited about the vibe and energy of the WeWork environment. I love to be around people who are like-minded and are making great things happen, and anytime I would be in that space I always thought, “Why can’t this be in Atlanta?”
When I heard that WeWork was coming to Colony Square, everything turned full circle for me! I love working right here in the heart of Midtown. Seeing Colony Square transition with all of its upgrades, from the elevators to the concierge, is nothing short of amazing; especially, knowing what Colony Square used to look like!
What I am most excited about with all the upgrades is the iPic Theater! Because I do so many film screening events, Colony Square can now be the perfect place host them; especially, since I’ll only have to take an elevator ride down to the venue! I am also looking forward to the new restaurants. Seeing promotional signs of what’s to come, the mockups of The Plaza, and what the experience will be like - all of it is just incredible!
Some words of wisdom I have always lived by since childhood is, “A coincidence is God’s way of remaining anonymous.” To me, that means when we cross paths in life, nothing is by chance or happenstance. Every person we meet and every experience we have helps us evolve into our destiny."
