Chef & Owner Aliah Jefferson started her career in retail management and HR. She made the switch to food & beverage in 2018 with stints cooking at Twisted Soul and Roc South as well as her own private catering business. During the pandemic, Aliah got requests from friends for her signature giant sandwiches. She began delivering them all over Atlanta, rising in popularity through social media. 

Her stylish sandwiches took on the brand name ‘Zaddy’s,’ a slang term for a handsome gentleman with style and swagger. This deli with an Atlanta flair offers epic sandwiches with varieties like locally Smoked Turkey, Cajun Lemon Pepper Tuna, and Grilled Balsamic Veggies.
