Husband and Wife team Gregory and Celia Vivier have been cooking in the Atlanta area for nearly 25 years. After multiple engagements in kitchens and hotels between Europe and Atlanta, they started an entrepreneurial journey from Roswell in 2011.

Smokehouse Q was born of a desire to smoke high quality meats in relatively small batches which allows Gregory to focus on quality and consistency at an affordable price point. The brand offers sandwiches, sides, and platters that work easily at either lunch or dinner.
