Gekko

Jack Bai credits his parents for his kitchen skills, having learned his Japanese cooking style from helping in their restaurant. He has perfected his hibachi recipes by owning and operating a food truck.

Gekko is already known and loved at Colony Square through its participation in the seasonal food truck series where Bai established a very loyal group of fans. Bai’s bowls are colorful, fresh + lighter than other hibachi fare. A fan favorite is the spicy ponzu tuna bowl, which is both healthy and satisfying.
