Politan Row at Colony Square
Corey Robinson and Jarod Humphrey are excited to present, Flippin’ Bird, a concept they assembled specifically with Executive Chef Lakeisha Moore for Politan Row at Colony Square. The menu highlights rotisserie cooking and interprets those dishes into popular everyday classics. From cobb salads to collard greens, Robinson and Moore bring 15-years of cooking experience stretching from New Orleans to Miami. Now they call Atlanta home and are excited to bring technical execution to soul food and home style favorites. The menu allows for a la carte approach featuring meats and sides or fully composed dishes.
Intermingled with the classics are notes from the background of each chef including dirty rice, from Moore’s native New Orleans, where she cooked in many of the city’s favorite haunts. Likewise, one of Robinson’s favorite dishes is the farmers board that is a rotisserie take on a charcuterie board, which is great for snacking in between meals at the food hall.
