Located at the base of Building 300 at the heart of the property, Concierge will ensure five-star service is provided around every corner. Concierge operates Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm.
Mamadou Diallo joined North American Properties (NAP) in Dec. 2018 as part of Avalon’s Concierge team. Diallo is committed to providing top-notch, personalized customer service experiences.
While at Avalon, Diallo played an instrumental role in the preparation and marketing of several of the mixed-use destination’s community-driven activations, including the Lighting of Avalon, which attracts over 50,000 guests annually. Diallo also oversaw the interview and hiring process for event operation roles during his time at the property. After two years at Avalon, Diallo has transitioned over to Colony Square, where he now serves as Concierge Manager.
In his new role at Colony Square, Diallo is responsible for hiring and managing the full-service Concierge team. He also works closely with the marketing team to execute on-site events as well as oversees the Colony Square Black Card program, a membership-based rewards program.
Prior to his roles at NAP, Diallo worked at AAA Parking as Valet Supervisor and Assistant Manager.
Diallo earned his Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College in 2018. Diallo will also graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University this December.
