Growing up as a tap and ballet dancer movement became my medicine. Now yoga is my refuge. Pulling from my dance background, personal training and Hatha yoga certifications, my classes take you on an uplifting journey in a fun encouraging environment.
By combining stamina enhancing poses with strength building sequences, my classes are designed to empower your inner badass. For all my classes I believe in the power of the playlist, from hip-hop to pop, motivating lyrics or soothing lullabies will keep the vibe alive. Together let's elevate your practice and take back your power.
I teach just as I practice: challenging, progressional sequences married with arm balances and inversions. My classes are athletic and advanced, but accessible still for new practitioners.
Your breath will carry through your practice, but energizing tracks from the Chainsmokers, Matoma, Churches, Alesso, Royksopp will help to lift you off your mat. You’ll step from your mat with tender abs and loose hips. You might even learn a little Sanskrit when it’s over.
You can expect my yoga class to be a sweaty, rejuvenating and strengthening practice that leaves you mentally recharged and feeling relaxed yet energized!

I began practicing yoga in 2010, and initially, it was the physical component of yoga that attracted me to the practice. Although it started out as a physical practice, I was surprised to not only notice changes in the form of a stronger, leaner body, but also positive changes in my mindset and well-being.
As my practice grew, so did the priorities of what I considered important in life. Above everything else, this practice helps me find balance in life and allows me to live in the moment.
I completed my 200 RYT certification with Jessica Jollie in February 2014. I am excited to share a practice with you that will build strength in your body, energy in your spirit and calm in your mind. My style of teaching reflects my own practice. The class will be challenging, energetic and mindful with an upbeat playlist!
