Elegantly weird, Parliament of Owls is a black and white owl themed lantern parade based in community participation. Everyone is invited to make an owl lantern and fly together through the streets of Midtown Atlanta on August 3rd. Let’s flock together as we begin and end the event in The Plaza.

Schedule Of Events:
- Wednesday, July 31st from 6:30pm-8:30pm: Lantern making workshop on The Patio (owl kits available for purchase)
- Thursday, August 1st from 6:30pm-8:30pm: Lantern making workshop on The Patio (owl kits available for purchase)
- Saturday, August 3rd: Night of the official lantern parade! Flock together starting at 8pm in The Plaza and take flight 8:50pm. Please fly behind the band. The Parade returns to The Plaza around 9:30pm and the Black Sheep Ensemble will play till 10pm.
Workshop Details:
- Owl lantern kits for sale: $15-$25
- Come at 6:30pm for a good seat
- Scissors, glue, instructions and good company provided
- Take your lantern to go if needed
