Elegantly weird, Parliament of Owls is a black and white owl themed lantern parade based in community participation. Everyone is invited to make an owl lantern and fly together through the streets of Midtown Atlanta on August 6. Let's flock together as we start and end the event in The Plaza.

Schedule of events:
- Wednesday, August 3 from 6:30pm-8:30pm: Owl lantern kits will be available for purchase + workshop on The Patio
- Thursday, August 4 from 6:30pm-8:30pm: Owl lantern kits will be available for purchase + workshop on The Patio
- Saturday, August 6: Night of the official lantern parade! Flock together starting at 8pm in The Plaza and take flight 9pm.
Workshop Details:
- Owl lantern kits for sale: $15-$25

- Come at 6:30pm for a good seat
- Scissors, glue, instructions and good company provided
- Take your lantern to go if needed
