A collaboration between AIA Atlanta, Central Atlanta Progress and Midtown Alliance, Open House Atlanta is a free festival inviting the public inside some of the city’s most recognizable landmarks, new developments and some spaces that are usually off-limits.
After a successful inaugural year with more than 5,000 attendees, they are excited to return October 20-21, 2018!
With admission completely free, visitors are invited to explore new and historic buildings, learn their histories and gain a better understanding of how the built environment sustains this bustling town as a unique place to work and play. Open House Atlanta will also allow attendees to meet some of the people who design, build and preserve the city.
50 years after its initial construction, Atlanta’s first representation of modern art infused architecture is ready for a facelift. Its sophisticated business and residential splendor has made it an iconic landmark of Atlanta’s ever-changing Midtown landscape. The reimagined Colony Square will boast the trendiest food, nightlife, business space, and transit-friendly amenities.
On Saturday, October 20th from 10a-12p, we invite you to experience an exclusive activation featuring a view of our helipad, above Building 400.
- NOTE: Due to safety requirements and regulations, tours of the helipad will be assigned and guests will be able to sign up through OHATL's website under 'SITE' and 'RESERVATIONS' (CLICK BUY TICKETS LINK TO THE LEFT) (Keep checking back.
