The Food

Saints + Council delivers a focused, seasonally appropriate menu that connects with local farmers and requires everything to be produced in a chef-driven environment. Modern-American offerings with an emphasis on smokes, braised and confit meats accompanies our three different menus: brunch, lunch, and dinner!

The Bar

The centerpiece of Saints + Council is a massive island bar – a see and be seen type of space. Mixologists create our signature handcrafted cocktails with fresh juices, chef-driven garnishes, and oversized ice. Enjoy a glass or bottle of wine from an intentional and well chosen list from our in-house sommelier. For brunch, enjoy elevated takes on brunch cocktail favorites along with a complete list of offerings from our barista.
