Holeman & Finch Public House is a classic gastropub turned modern destination from Gina and Chef Linton Hopkins. The restaurant presents artisanal twists on classic dishes with a whole animal, whole vegetable philosophy. “Our wine list is drinkable, fun, and thoughtfully selected. We want our guests to enjoy a great bottle of wine with friends without it being too fussy,” says Gina. Alongside original, inspired cocktails, everyone is sure to find a sip to savor.
Open all day, guests can indulge in Holeman and Finch’s rock and roll-inspired cuisine. Though the menu is ever-changing, you will always find house-made charcuterie, a seasonal vegetable plate, sticky toffee pudding, and of course, their famous double-stack cheeseburger. “Holeman and Finch’s menu is a celebration of the foods I love. It is from scratch, well executed, and deceptively simple. We strive to showcase the best of food in an approachable way. Here, you’ll find something for everybody at every time of day,” explains Chef Hopkins.
