On Wednesday, Jan. 29, North American Properties (NAP) will break ground on Building 500, the new 135,600-square-foot office building anchored by Jones Day that is part of the redevelopment of Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta. Jones Day is leasing the entire office component of Building 500, which is located at the corner of 15th and Peachtree Streets. The six-story building will also include retail space on the first floor that engages with the streetscape, as well as an expansive terrace on the 4th floor overlooking Peachtree Street. Hoar Construction is serving as general contractor for the redevelopment.

The groundbreaking event will feature speakers Mark Toro of North American Properties and Al LaFiandra of Jones Day.
